About The Position
FCA Legal Funding is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance our presence in Northern California's personal injury law sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and introducing our financial solutions to law firms, which include pre-settlement funding, medical lien funding, post-settlement funding, and law firm financing. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise and existing network to educate law firms about the benefits of FCA's funding services, ultimately helping them provide essential financial support to their clients during the often lengthy legal proceedings. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with personal injury law firms across your designated territories. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth for FCA. You will also be expected to travel frequently within your assigned territory to engage with law firms, ensuring that FCA's comprehensive funding services are well understood and utilized.
