About The Position

At Bounce Imaging, we build innovative 360-degree throwable cameras that help law enforcement, SWAT teams, and military personnel safely clear rooms, vehicles, and other dangerous spaces. Our technology is trusted by first responders and defense professionals worldwide to enhance situational awareness and operational safety. We are seeking a Law Enforcement Sales Manager to drive growth by selling our cutting-edge imaging solutions to law enforcement agencies, tactical teams, and military units across the U.S. This is a high-activity, field-based role requiring frequent travel (50-70%) to conduct cold calls, live product demos, and in-person meetings with decision-makers in police departments, sheriff's offices, federal agencies, and the military.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in law enforcement, military, or selling into these markets is REQUIRED.
  • Strong hunter mentality - comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and managing a deal from start to finish.
  • Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage sales activity.
  • Ability to sell technical products to tactical operators, command staff, and procurement officers.
  • Strong presentation and demo skills - must be able to showcase the product's value in real-world scenarios.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and cold outreach to live demos, procurement, and closing deals.
  • Conduct extensive cold calling and outreach to police departments, tactical teams, federal law enforcement, and military units.
  • Travel frequently (50-70%) across the continental U.S. to meet clients and conduct live product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, command staff, and end users.
  • Manage leads and pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to track opportunities and sales progress.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales and onboarding process.
  • Educate resellers and distributors to drive indirect sales when applicable.
  • Attend key industry trade shows, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
