THIS POSITION IS FOR CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. Law Enforcement DHS Agent V - G25E This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Annual Salary: $91,448.77 + Full state benefits Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency including two years of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations of public assistance fraud for a government agency and must be CLEET peace officer certified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency or professional social work experience assessing the needs of individuals who have applied for government assistance programs and determining eligibility for each year of the required bachelor's degree. Job responsibilities: This is a commissioned peace officer position and supervisory of Tulsa Unit. The incumbent is tasked with the investigation of crimes committed against DHS or programs administered by DHS while strictly following agency policies, State law, Federal law, the U.S. Constitution, the State Constitution, and established case law. The incumbent is tasked with investigating violations of Title 56 OS 243- Food Stamp Fraud, Title 56 OS 185- Public Assistance Fraud, and Title 56 OS 1005.1- Medicaid Eligibility Fraud. The incumbent is also tasked with investigating administrative violations of Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 340 and the Code of Federal Regulations Title 7. This position is a safety sensitive position as defined by 63 O.S. § 427.8 (K) due to the requirement for employees to carry a firearm. Requirements

Responsibilities
