About The Position
Malman Law, a respected personal injury firm in the Chicago Loop, is looking for motivated 1L, 2L, or 3L law students to join our Personal Injury Department as Law Clerks. Requirements
- Current law student (1L–3L)
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Professional and detail-oriented
- Must work in-office (part-time)
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents: complaints, motions, discovery, demand letters, and more
- Conduct legal research on litigation issues
- Review and summarize medical records
- Assist in preparing for court and case events
