POSITION: Law Clerk/Senior Law Clerk for Judge Raymond F. Treadwell, for a two-year term beginning on or about August 10, 2026. SALARY: Law clerks are paid according to the Florida State Court System Appellate Law Clerk Pay Plan, which currently provides as follows- · Entry Level Law Clerk - $69,238.80 · Senior Law Clerk (at least 2 years of legal experience) - $78,519.84 Education and Training Guidelines Graduation from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials required. Law journal, moot court, or litigation experience preferred.
