About The Position

This Law Clerk Internship will assist with tasks in the legal department, including contracts, procurement, and real estate. They will become familiar with the ways in which law and telecom interact to bring connectivity to businesses we use daily. The Law Clerk intern will support the Legal Department by conducting legal research on federal, state, and local regulatory matters; assisting with compliance efforts; and drafting and reviewing contracts and land use agreements, including easements and right-of-way matters. Requirements

  • Pursuing a law degree, Grad student and JD candidates
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests is crucial
