About The Position

The position involves providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. The employee will prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee drinks, and coffee with alcohol, while also providing customers with product details upon request. The role requires following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, the employee will obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Possess good public speaking skills, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly.
• Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems.
• Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence.
• Perform under pressure and/or opposition.
• Must be able to obtain applicable food handling permits or certifications as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee drinks, and coffee with alcohol.
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description upon request.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.
• Obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
