This role is responsible for driving brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives, supporting full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring consistent, premium brand positioning and content creation across all consumer touchpoints. Working together with the PR & Event team, they are responsible for scouting and evaluation of potential Lavazza brand partnerships. Working closely with the Kicking Hourse & Lavazza Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, the Brand Associate will help bring the brand to life through national campaigns, digital marketing, partnerships, and in-market activations. This role also partners with global HQ to align U.S. initiatives with broader brand strategy while adapting to local market needs and consumer insights.
