About The Position

We are currently looking for a Program Controls Specialist (LAUSD CM-PCS-0625-39-Ext) for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District. This is an on-site, long term job located in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be located in Southern California as there are no relocation funds or per diem available. We are accepting applications for this "extended" position through 10/22 @ 9am. Candidates previously submitted for LAUSD CM-PCS-0625-39 can NOT be resubmitted for this extension.

Requirements

• Six (6) years full time paid professional experience in Project Controls work, including planning, budgeting, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reporting.
• Three (3) years of the above experience as a Program or Project Controls Specialist in a government agency or infrastructure engineering and construction projects, using state-of-the-art productivity and Project Control tools such as Oracle Primavera, Contract Manager, Unifier, Timberline Gold Job Cost & Accounting System, or similar program management software.
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or Business Administration. Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may compensate for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
