The main job duties for this position are sort and clean soft contents and personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory the items. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

- assist and performing other restoration activities, as needed, including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
