To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture. Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Uphold exceptional luxury standards for all guest linens, spa textiles, uniforms, and specialty fabrics. Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure seamless service in support of occupancy levels and special events. Lead, train, and inspire the laundry team with a focus on professionalism, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship. Coach employees on luxury service expectations, attention to detail, and fabric-specific care. Anticipate operational needs and proactively adjust staffing and workflows. Conduct regular inspections to ensure linens and uniforms meet luxury cleanliness and appearance standards Maintain detailed linen inventories; monitor usage, loss, and replacement cycles. Implement linen conservation strategies while maintaining uncompromised guest experience. Ensure proper operation and preventative maintenance of all laundry equipment. Enforce safety, chemical handling, and PPE standards in accordance with OSHA and resort policies. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Regularly move large and heavy objects such as carts and large bags of linen.
