Laundry Supervisor - Hilton Fort Worth
About The Position
Prepare schedules for the staff and complete the work distribution report. Inspect all linen to ensure it is cleaned according to company standards. Train and supervise all new associates and provide on-going training for current staff. Make tour of assigned area, checking for condition of floors, walls, vending areas, linen rooms, the status of supplies and your staff's needs. Write up work orders for all repairs. Conduct monthly linen inventories, using basic math. Maintain par levels, in conjunction with Executive Housekeeper. Monitor and supervise laundry aides.
Requirements
- Prior experience with laundry equipment
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
