The Laundry Specialist provides Universal Way Service Standards in cleaning, drying, and pressing Wardrobe for Team Members. This role ensures that each wardrobed Universal Orlando Team Member has the necessary resources to look and feel professional for our guests. The Laundry Specialist maintains a clean work area, cleans garments, and ensures proper tracking of garments being cleaned. They ensure quality garments are show ready for our guests and will be operating multiple commercial grade laundry machines including presses, oversized washers, steam tunnels, automated conveyor systems, and laundry computer tracking software.

Requirements

• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment.
• Attention to detail in garment care and cleaning processes.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a laundry or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with laundry computer tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and press incoming dirty laundry from the day to day operations.
• Operate machinery such as washing equipment, RFID scanning equipment, washing machines, dryers, presses, and automated conveyor systems.
