Currently, we are interviewing for a Laundry & Spa Attendant to join our talented team in Hollywood! In this position, you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and - above all else - working to maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of safety and security policies in a spa or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Refilling products in the spa and laundry areas.
• Performing light janitorial work to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintaining a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for guests.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Following all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipating and addressing guests' service needs.
• Assisting individuals with disabilities and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
