About The Position
The position involves ensuring the availability of clean linen for the comfort of all residents, maintaining linen in good repair, and collecting laundry from residents as needed. Responsibilities include sorting, treating, washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens, as well as delivering clean laundry items to resident rooms. The role requires adherence to sanitary processes and procedures related to laundry duties, maintaining an inventory of laundry supplies, and using laundry equipment safely. The position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
