About The Position

At Drury Hotels, you will perform a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for our guests. This includes washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. You will ensure the laundry area is kept clean and organized, maintain stock and inventory, and may be asked to assist in cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed. Your role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. You will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies.
