About The Position
The Laundry Manager position is located at the Smith Unit in Lamesa, TX, within a maximum security facility. This is a Career Ladder position, and there is only one Laundry Manager position available in the Laundry, Food, and Supply Division. The position requires attendance at the TDCJ Pre-service Training Academy and completion of a physical agility test prior to beginning the academy. The role includes a 3% Maximum Security Differential Pay (MSD).
