How You’ll Shine: The Laundry Manager is responsible for directing and inspecting the work of Laundry Attendants, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met per standards. This role will be promoting the highest level of Guest and Owner satisfaction through housekeeping excellence, special projects and duties assigned. This role will participate in daily operations of the Laundry Facility including cleaning and inspecting of linens to maintain standards. The Laundry Manager will be responsible to communicate inventory and purchasing needs to Housekeeping and/or Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent eye for detail / cleanliness
  • 1 year of related housekeeping or laundry experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • 1 year of hospitality customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Directing and inspecting the work of Laundry Attendants
