The Laundry Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of industrial laundry equipment on all Wilderness Hotel and Resort Property. This is a 2nd shift position with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the repairing, maintenance, and operating procedures of all laundry equipment that is assigned to him/her.
Help maintain preventative maintenance program on laundry equipment.
Accountable for materials used and ordering repair items needed for job completion or inventory.
Ensures all repairs are scheduled and they are completed in a timely fashion.
Does non-laundry related Maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, and other management staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsible for training co-workers, keeping up to date on code requirements and changes, receiving and maintaining certifications and other related training.
Follows all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
All other duties as assigned by management.
