About The Position

At andCo Hospitality - The Fold Hotels, the Laundry Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of linens and towels. This Florida-based corporate team member will contribute to making every experience memorable from behind the scenes, whether for beachside or mountain escapes, by turning vacations into stories worth telling.

Requirements

• You're a people person (even if you're not always front of house). You listen, communicate clearly, and respect everyone, always.
• You roll with change and think fast on your feet. A scheduling curveball? You’ve got it covered.
• You’re physically up for the task—lots of walking, lifting, bending, and standing. No two shifts are the same, and you like it that way.
• You know your way around a washer/dryer and have laundry experience to prove it.
• You believe that clean spaces = good vibes. You treat every towel and sheet with intention.
• You respect diversity, stay ethical, and keep safety front of mind.
• You’ve got a high school diploma or GED and bring solid problem-solving skills to the table.
• You’re cool with working weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts—hospitality never sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Keeping things fresh—literally. You’ll be washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels like a laundry ninja.
• Treating stains like a boss and making sure every sheet is guest ready.
• Assembling room packages with just the right combo of linens, towels, and essentials. It’s like gift-wrapping, but for comfort.
• Stripping rooms of used linens and making towel runs like it’s a sport.
• Tracking inventory and chemical usage like a laundry scientist.
• Keeping laundry stations squeaky clean and machines in top shape.
• Jumping into other housekeeping tasks when needed—because teamwork makes the dream work.
