About The Position
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for collecting, washing, and distribution of the community's and residents' laundry. Requirements
- 1 year of work experience in a hospitality environment (hotel, country club, or resort) in housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English
Responsibilities
- Collect laundry from hallways outside resident apartments
- Wash, dry, fold, and bag laundry
- Deliver laundry to resident apartments
- Maintain laundry room in a clean and orderly fashion
- Keep laundry room stocked with necessary chemicals and supplies to complete laundry responsibilities
- Assist housekeepers as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
