Requirements

Someone who sees value in the details and takes pride in cleanliness and organization.
Energized by a fast-paced environment and finds joy in a job well done.
Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
Physically able to meet the demands of the job (lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs; bending, standing, reaching, and moving throughout shift; working in a warm environment).
Open to working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Communicates in basic English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in hotel laundry or cleaning is preferred—but we also welcome those ready to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

Collect, sort, and separate used linens from housekeeping, guest rooms, banquet facilities, and other hotel departments.
Operate commercial washers and dryers according to hotel/ company standards and safety guidelines.
Measure and use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report items that need replacement.
Fold, stack, and organize clean linens accordingly.
Maintain accurate linen inventory and communicate shortages to management.
Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Assist with special laundry requests or urgent turnover needs.
Collaborate with teammates across departments to support seamless service and cross-functional needs (public area cleaning, laundry assistance, etc.).
Take pride in your appearance and maintain a professional, positive, and team-centered demeanor.
