Laundry Attendant
About The Position
Operate on-site washers and dryers to clean linens, comforters, and cleaning rags. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry according to resort standards. Inspect linens and comforters for stains, wear, or damage, and treat or report as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Follow proper handling and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment. Assist with inventory control by reporting low supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.). Support housekeeping team as needed to meet guest satisfaction and operational goals.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible scheduling required, including mornings and afternoons, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required—training provided.
