About The Position

The Laundry Attendant performs a variety of duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for guests, including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear, tear, and stains. This role ensures the laundry area is kept clean and organized, and maintains stock and inventory. The attendant may also be asked to assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed. A key aspect of the position is to ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service, promptly and efficiently responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. The attendant is also expected to contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the diverse team and guests.

Requirements

Ability to follow verbal directions.
Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures.
Thorough knowledge of laundry supplies.
Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
