Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• A commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and guest satisfaction

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standards—beds, bathrooms, surfaces, and amenities
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and towels with care and consistency.
• Maintain laundry room cleanliness and equipment functionality
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
• Support the team with deep cleaning projects and special requests
• Ensure all guest areas are immaculate, inviting, and ready for check-in
