Requirements

  • Someone who sees value in the details and takes pride in cleanliness and organization.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment and finds joy in a job well done.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Physically able to meet the demands of the job (lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs; bending, standing, reaching, and moving throughout shift; working in a warm environment).
  • Open to working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Communicates in basic English

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Prior experience in hotel laundry or cleaning is preferred—but we also welcome those ready to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, sort, and separate used linens from housekeeping, guest rooms, banquet facilities, and other hotel departments.
  • Operate commercial washers and dryers according to hotel/ company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Measure and use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
  • Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report items that need replacement.
  • Fold, stack, and organize clean linens accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate linen inventory and communicate shortages to management.
  • Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with special laundry requests or urgent turnover needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates across departments to support seamless service and cross-functional needs (public area cleaning, laundry assistance, etc.).
  • Take pride in your appearance and maintain a professional, positive, and team-centered demeanor.
