About The Position

Responsibilities:

1. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and linens according to established
procedures.
2. Inspect items for stains, damages, or special instructions before
processing.
3. Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
4. Ensure all laundry chemicals and supplies are stocked and used
appropriately.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area.
6. Follow proper safety protocols when handling equipment and chemicals.
7. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate
supervisor.
8. Keep accurate records of inventory, including linens and cleaning supplies.
9. Assist guests or clients with laundry-related inquiries or requests.
10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of laundry
services.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety,
and customer service.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
