About The Position

As a Laundry Attendant for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundered items are cleaned, dried, and presented to the highest standard. Your reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering legendary service behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and colleagues.
• Occasional exposure to mild to moderate smoke in certain areas of the hotel.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads, including linens and cleaning supplies.
• Exposure to various weather conditions when performing outdoor duties.
• Moderate physical effort required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial washers and dryers to clean linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel items.
• Sort laundry by color, fabric, and cleaning requirements prior to washing.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, damage, or stains and re-clean or remove as necessary.
• Fold and organize clean laundry and deliver it to designated areas or departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of linen usage and inventory levels.
• Monitor supply levels of laundry detergents, softeners, and related materials, and report when restocking is needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and hotel teams to meet linen and uniform demands.
