About The Position
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Laundry Attendant to join our team at the JdV by Hyatt located in Brooklyn, NY. This position will tends to laundering responsibilities by cleaning any linen brought into the laundry room.
Responsibilities
- Unloading all linen and terry from linen chute
- Cleaning linen chute as needed or requested
- Sort and weigh articles to verify quantities
- Bagging and loading all laundry for pickup and drop off daily
- Report any maintenance related problems to the maintenance department.
- Maintain laundry area, including linen and supplies, organization
- Assist Houseman, Room Attendants and Inspectors with all linen needs and requests
