Responsibilities include sorting, weighing, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and stocking linens. The role requires knowledge of operating functions for all equipment used in these processes, with a responsibility to report any damage, hazards, or defective equipment to a supervisor. Additionally, the position involves utilizing chemicals for washing and controlling the quantities of supplies as recommended by the chemical supplier, with the approval of the Executive Housekeeper. Other duties may be assigned as needed, and adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet documents and management company Safety Standards is essential.
