About The Position
As a Laundry Associate at Worldmark Estes Park, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the vacation experience for our guests by ensuring that all linens and towels are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Your primary responsibility will be to process laundry, which includes loading, operating, and unloading washers and dryers. You will wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely operating, cleaning, and maintaining laundry equipment as per the training provided. In this position, you will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry facility and stock shelves as needed. Part of your duties will include assisting in the monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts to ensure that our housekeeping team is well-equipped to provide excellent service. Maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates is essential, and you will be expected to respond promptly and effectively to any inquiries or concerns. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, allowing them to enjoy their vacations to the fullest. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will directly impact the overall guest experience, making their stay memorable and enjoyable.
