About The Position

The Laundry Aide position at Winona Health is responsible for providing laundry and linen services to all departments, patients, and residents. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial laundry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients, residents, customers, and co-workers.
• Anticipate the needs and wants of those served.
• Complete documentation as required.
• Use commercial laundering equipment such as washers, dryers, and labelers.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, hang, and deliver personal laundry to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Prioritize and organize work efficiently to meet department timelines.
• Complete mandatory educational requirements of Winona Health caregivers.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new methods, procedures, and techniques.
• Support and integrate the organization's vision, mission, and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
