About The Position
Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to support our residents and staff by ensuring clean, sanitary, and well-maintained linens and garments. This role is essential in maintaining infection control standards and overall resident comfort.
Requirements
- Prior laundry experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor laundry supplies and report low inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas
- Handle linens and clothing with care, respecting resident dignity and privacy
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
