About The Position

WeCare Centers at Murrysville Care Center is looking for a dedicated individual as a Part-Time , Laundry Aide for our community in Murrysville, PA! Key Responsibilities Collect soiled laundry from resident rooms and designated collection points Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and clothing to appropriate locations Label resident clothing and ensure personal items are returned to the correct resident Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized laundry area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate attitude and ability to work well with elderly residents
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
