About The Position

The Attendant assists customers in equipment operation, launders clothes for drop-off laundry service and performs essential duties. Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the laundromat. Will serve as a back-up for the Store Manager on various occasions. A successful attendant will: Have good customer service skills. Be reliable/dependable. Possess minimal language skills. The ability to communicate in Spanish is desired. Give attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Have a sense of urgency. Be safety oriented. Possess minimal mathematical skills. Have reasoning ability.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed.
• No certifications required.
• Required to pass a background, physical, drug and alcohol screenings.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies and commitment to company values.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to communicate in Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for Attendants.
• Meets cleaning standards for Store on a consistent basis.
• Accurate cash drawer handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts for Store OTC products.
• Fulfill all duties of Drop-off Laundry Service and all duties of the Store Manager in the event their absence.
• Responsible for reporting, testing and properly tagging equipment out of order.
• Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
