About The Position

You will be the Launchers Program Manager for the Launchers Integration team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced munitions integration into fire control systems. Requirements

Bachelors degree
Must have an active Secret clearance
Experience with launcher software and fire control systems
Program Management Experience
Demonstrated success in Program Management or Integrated Program Team (IPT) environments
Ability to form effective relationships with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
Proven track record of innovative problem solving
Must hold active secret security clearance
Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and teamwork
Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to comprehend and summarize complex technical issues and develop recommended solutions
Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with external customers
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Working knowledge of program management methods including risk and opportunity management

Responsibilities

Establish integration strategies for munitions such as PAC‑3 and MLRS into the Fire Control System.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop plans that meet customer milestones.
Direct all program phases, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Lead proposal development, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract modifications during execution.
Serve as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
