About The Position

The Launch Project Manager II plays a critical role in bringing Kasasa products to life, serving as the strategic connector between our clients and Kasasa’s cross-functional teams. From kickoff to launch, this role owns the full implementation journey—guiding financial institutions and internal partners through complex, multi-disciplinary workstreams to deliver high-quality, revenue-generating outcomes. As the central point of coordination, the Launch Project Manager II leads and aligns Technical Engineers, Marketing and Loans Implementation Specialists, Designers, Copywriters, and Front-End Developers to ensure work moves forward efficiently, thoughtfully, and on schedule. The result of this leadership is tangible—fully functioning software, best-in-class digital experiences, and Kasasa marketing that drives measurable results and long-term value for our clients. Through demonstrated performance, the Launch Project Manager II manages a full portfolio of launches and plays an active role in operationalizing products early in their lifecycle.
