We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Director to lead the Next Gen Supplier Onboarding Program as part of ScanSource Launch Point. This high-impact role is responsible for the development and execution of vendor business plans to increase market share, sales, and profitability. The Program Director will lead the onboarding, and integration of new suppliers into our ecosystem with a strong emphasis on merchandising, solution alignment, market positioning, sales enablement, and profitable inventory planning. This role will collaborate across internal departments to align priorities, build product strategies, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a high level of supplier engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management, B2B technology channels, contract negotiations and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The role will also build product strategies for assigned Suppliers to drive overall revenue and profitable contribution.

  • Understand the impact of solution transactions on Sales, Supplier Services, and Marketing.
  • Leverage internal resources to develop comprehensive product strategies for assigned suppliers to maximize revenue and contribution margin.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with supplier executives and key partners.
  • Understand assigned suppliers' GTM strategies and create tailored business plans and solution programs to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across functions.
  • Monitor and manage supplier pipeline and programs through coordination with Launch Point Management.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new suppliers aligned with business and market needs.
  • Manage supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable onboarding processes and operational controls.
  • Collaborate with ISG Management and channel leaders within organization to define merchandising strategies.
  • Position new supplier solutions within relevant verticals and solution categories.
  • Define competitive differentiators and go-to-market messaging.
  • Ensure supplier solutions are mapped to current technologies (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, hardware/software).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution fit and ensure proper enablement.
  • Align new offerings with ScanSource's broader value propositions and sticker offerings.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Training to create enablement plans for supplier solutions.
  • Deliver tools, collateral, and training (e.g., battlecards, webinars) to drive internal adoption and revenue generation.
  • Ensure field sales readiness and solution fluency.
  • Own and manage program timelines, roadmaps, and cross-functional communications.
  • Report on supplier performance, revenue lift, and adoption metrics.
  • Continuously optimize the program based on internal and external feedback.
  • Understand and uphold business controls related to supplier transactions, sales strategy, and solution execution.
  • Perform special projects as needed, demonstrating agility and high performance.
  • 5-8 years in program management, supplier onboarding, category management, or product marketing within B2B technology.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team (will lead others as team expands).
  • Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, and broader IT ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional leadership (sales, marketing, product, legal, finance).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and supplier management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • High performer with a proven track record of results.
