The Launch & Business Operations Program Manager will drive operational execution across key cross-functional initiatives with a primary focus on supporting go-to-market launch excellence and improving operational efficiency. This role will manage complex projects across the full project lifecycle — from intake and planning through execution and post-launch success tracking — while ensuring strategic alignment, operational rigor, and continuous improvement across Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders. This person will also support broader business operations needs, including reporting, resource planning, process optimization, and strategic initiative tracking tied to company-wide priorities.
