About The Position
The Estee Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its creativity and innovation. As a Corporate Marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas within the marketing function, which may include corporate marketing, consumer insights, customer relationship marketing, digital consumer engagement, and marketing analytics. This internship is designed to help you build your marketing acumen through hands-on projects that focus on digital marketing, product marketing, or consumer insights. You will gain a holistic view of the organization by networking with professionals, participating in professional development activities, and interacting with different departments within the company. As an intern, you will take ownership of projects that are instrumental to your respective function and team. You will also have the chance to network through various planned events and activities, providing exposure to other facets of the company. Mentorship will be provided by seasoned HR and business executives, allowing you to gain insights into the industry and develop your professional skills. This internship is a full-time position, and candidates must be current undergraduate juniors (rising seniors) who will complete their junior year by June 2025 and graduate in May/June 2026.
