The reporter will work closely with news editors and the editor of the Latino Initiative, as well as collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content that resonates with Latino audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to engaging Latino communities in storytelling and will be fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling them to conduct interviews and communicate effectively with diverse sources. The position is based in Hartford, CT, and involves a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site responsibilities.
