Client Satisfaction & Relationship Enhancement: Define and uphold industry-leading service standards for LATAM clients, guiding teams in researching, analyzing, and responding to highly complex inquiries. Root Cause Analysis & Solution Implementation: Conduct sophisticated, in-depth analyses to identify the root causes of systemic operational challenges within LATAM Asset Servicing, spearheading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions across the region.
