The team is seeking a junior, client-facing professional to support the day-to-day operations of the business, with a clear path to develop into a sales role over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required
  • 2-4 years’ experience in the financial industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Proficient in use of Bloomberg, MS PowerPoint & Excel
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service
  • Fundamental understanding of fixed income, electronic trading and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player, self-starter, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client support for the Emerging Markets business, working closely with senior sales leadership
  • Support coverage of a growing base of 50 active clients across Private Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Pension Funds and Hedge Funds
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, including troubleshooting trading workflows, execution issues, and platform functionality
  • Support client onboarding, platform setup, and connectivity in coordination with Product, Client Services, and Technology teams
  • Assist in identifying and supporting new prospect opportunities as part of the U.S. and LATAM coverage strategy
  • Monitor market developments, economic trends, and competitor activity to support client discussions and sales efforts
  • Utilize tools such as Bloomberg and internal reporting systems to support client analysis and coverage
  • Work full-time from the Miami office, collaborating closely with a small local team and interacting with global stakeholders
  • Engage with clients through meetings and client entertainment activities, such as lunches, dinners, networking events, and sporting events
  • Support client meetings and follow-ups, with regional travel required as needed, including occasional international travel
  • Develop the skills, product knowledge, and client relationships needed to grow into a full sales role over time
