Lathrop Trotter - Inside Sales Engineer

About the position

We have a great opportunity as an Inside Sales Engineer in our Cincinnati, OH - Lathrop Trotter branch. This position works with the Outside Sales staff and customers on pricing, product/application support, and information/proposal generation. The primary focus of this position will be on the parts and fans portion of our business.

Responsibilities

• Selection and sizing of equipment (fans) to meet the needs of the customer and generate pricing proposals
• Research and evaluate replacement and warranty parts inquiries and provide proper selection and price proposals
• Recommend products and accessories that meet or exceed project needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers accordingly

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both oral and written communication
• Background or experience with technical writing and/or proposal generation preferred
