About The Position
The primary responsibility of the Measure Field Service Manager is to work with Sales and Product to target new business driving adoption for Measure. The Field Service Manager will oversee the Field Tech Service Team target, track and deliver KPI's back into our organization. In addition to ensuring our customers are well supported in the field. This person will also travel into key markets providing technical support and training to customers both internal and external facing. The Field Service Manager works under the direction of the VP Product Management for VLP to drive conversion and support to Sales, ultimately enabling incremental growth opportunities for Liners and Covers using Measure.
