Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18+ and available to work overnight shifts, including most weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight team with energy and focus, ensuring top-tier service and smooth operations.
• Handle late-night rushes like a pro (hello, post-party cravings!).
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and security protocols during your shift.
• Support and coach team members, keeping the crew motivated and on track.
• Manage cash, inventory, and nightly reporting.
• Be the go-to person when things go right-or wrong.
