About The Position
As a Late Night Service Champion at Taco Bell, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service during the evening and late-night hours. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience by providing friendly and accurate service. Your primary duties will include working the drive-thru, taking and ringing up customer orders, and managing various payment methods. Additionally, you will prepare and store food ingredients and beverage orders, ensuring that they are correct and packaged properly. Maintaining a clean and safe work and dining environment is also a key aspect of this role. In this position, you will be expected to embody the "Here to Serve" attitude, which means being friendly and helpful to both customers and co-workers. You will need to meet customer needs effectively and take proactive steps to resolve any food or service issues that may arise. Collaboration with your team members is essential, and you should be open to receiving coaching from the leadership team to improve your performance. A clean and tidy appearance, along with good work habits, is expected at all times. Effective communication with customers, fellow team members, and leaders is vital to ensure a smooth operation and a positive dining experience for all.
