About The Position

TRIDENT is seeking a Late Night Security Officer to provide professional security and safety services at a secured commercial facility in Cupertino, CA. This Tuesday through Saturday late night position is suited for a focused, independent professional who is comfortable working in a quieter environment during the late hours of the day. The ability to remain alert, self-directed, and composed while conducting thorough security patrols and monitoring after business hours is essential to this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous security experience preferred
Valid California Driver’s License
Valid BSIS Guard Card

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Work with a team of Security Officers to ensure customer and employee safety in retail environments
Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and deter incidents
Observe, report, and respond to unusual or unsafe conditions
Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and maintenance concerns
Respond to requests for assistance from supervisors or clients
Support client personnel during evacuations, hazardous situations, or emergencies
Assist with crowd control and coordinate with public safety officials when necessary
Verify proper identification for employees on client property
Conduct parking enforcement and assist with vehicle-related disputes or incidents
Greet and assist customers and employees professionally and proactively
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic First Aid, CPR, or AED support (if certified)
Conduct exterior patrols to ensure doors, gates, and windows are secure
Participate in daily shift briefings and communicate site updates
Perform mobile patrols between retail locations as needed
Maintain company equipment in proper working condition
Complete accurate, detailed written reports as required
Perform other duties as assigned by TRIDENT management
