  • Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
  • Ensure that Core Values are reflected within the QA assurance team and department.
  • Perform automated testing and API testing for complex applications and scenarios.
  • Locate and document edge cases and assess possible risks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency at automation, API testing, or accessibility testing principles.
  • Document plans to anticipate risks/blockers and mentor peers.
  • Serve as a technical SME in the sprint.
  • Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates.
  • Present robust testing plans and propose solutions during sprint review meetings.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with desired technologies and tools.
  • Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python) for web applications and Appium (Java/Python) for mobile testing.
  • Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • 5-8 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects.
  • Experience presenting to client stakeholders and communicating technical and business value.
  • Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes of development projects.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with structured code reviews.
