We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system. About the Role : We are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee hub operations across Upper Egypt, ensuring consistent performance, accuracy, and service quality across an average of 8 branches. This role plays a key part in maintaining daily operational efficiency, monitoring team performance, and ensuring shipments flow smoothly while meeting company SLAs and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced logistics environment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hub or warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping/logistics field.
  • Experience in leading and supervising teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Professional, proactive attitude with sound judgment.
  • Very good English level.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferably based in Minya or Assiut.

Responsibilities

  • Support hub supervisors in improving overall performance and efficiency by monitoring KPIs and team productivity.
  • Monitor hub team performance, manage daily plans, and provide staff support.
  • Ensure shipments are processed and entered accurately into the system.
  • Audit couriers’ daily performance and ensure professional appearance standards.
  • Conduct verification calls for undelivered, canceled, and scheduled shipments daily.
  • Ensure shipment updates match system records and daily productivity sheets.
  • Monitor shipments exceeding lifecycle SLA and holding period; coordinate returns with CAI SF Team.
  • Archive proof of delivery for returned orders for one month.
  • Follow up on Freshdesk tickets and resolve assigned issues within SLA.
  • Create tickets for customer complaints and escalate to Client Support when needed.
  • Ensure hub compliance and proper documentation.
  • Manage inventory processes and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure daily reports are sent on time.
  • Oversee operations across Upper Egypt hubs (average of 8 branches) to ensure consistency and performance.
